What Now?
WHAT DO YOU DO AFTER WITNESSING THE GREATEST REVIVAL SERVICE OF OUR LIFETIME?
On Sunday, September 21st, 2025, millions of people around the world joined together in worship, memorial, and prayer. The Gospel was presented numerous times by some of the most powerful leaders in our world.
It was a holy moment… but WHAT NOW?
After Christ was resurrected and ascended into heaven, the Holy Spirit came upon the Apostles and Peter preached a Gospel message to a diverse crowd who supernaturally heard him preaching in their own language.
The Bible says their hearts were pierced by the message and they cried out to Peter, “What should we do? Peter responded…
“Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit… Save yourselves from this crooked generation.” Acts 2:38, 40
The answer to the question, “What Now?” is this-
1) Turn from your sins.
2) Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
3) Be baptized as a member of His Church.
4) Consecrate yourself as unto the Lord.
It is this fourth point that often gets lost… We must save ourselves from this crooked generation, by setting ourselves apart as ones fully dedicated to Christ.
How do we consecrate ourselves to the Lord in 2025?
1) Begin every day, giving your life to Christ.
2) Dedicate yourself to prayer, fellowship with other believers, and the teaching of God’s word.
3) Eliminate the voices and the choices that will guide your heart and mind away from Christ.
4) Love your family, love your neighbor, and love your enemy… But most of all, love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.
Finally, don’t do it alone… Don’t even think about trying to do it alone. Go to church, but even more, immerse yourself in a community of believers, who like you are seeking to save themselves from this crooked generation.
WHAT NOW?
Now we live our lives in a manor worthy of the Gospel that was preached on Sunday, September 21st and has been preached for over 2,000 years.
NOW WE LIVE.
