Meet Gary Shavey

Gary grew up in the Pacific Northwest where he played football for the Huskies and graduated from the University of Washington. Happily married to his wife Pamela for 24 years they have 3 sons, 2 in college and 1 in high school. Gary brings over 20 years of experience as a pastor in local churches as well as serving as campus director of Athletes in Action at UW for 5 years and the Seattle Mariners Chaplain for 8 years. Gary’s last 2 years were spent with Special Hope Network in Zambia. He loves discipleship, leader development and creating relationships. Through his many areas of work in ministry, Gary is well positioned to help men be IMPACT Players with their families and places of influence.
