  1. Session 1 - Ruling the World: From a Garden to a Kingdom  - Where does the instinct of a visionary, a starter, an entrepreneur come from? Developing a super-sized perspective on your desire to create, build and expand.
  2. Session 2 - Vision: Capturing & Casting a Captivating Vision - Is your Vision big enough? What healthy or unhealthy motivations are driving your vision? How to cast a captivating vision, without being held captive by it.
  3. Session 3 - Home Base (Part 1): Leading Out of Your Marriage (Or Singleness) - Marriage is not your start ups biggest threat, it is your start ups greatest asset! Discover how to lead out of your marriage, not at the cost of your marriage.
  4. Session 4 - Home Base (Part 2): Enduring Engagement - The investment in your children will pay far greater dividends than anything you can add to your portfolio. The key is pursuing intentional engagement with your loved ones in a way that endures the rigors and roadblocks that you are bound to face.
  5. Session 5 - The Way of Wisdom: Recognizing Crossroads - Those that walk with the wise become wise. Learn key principles for how to make game winning decisions and avoid critical mistakes.
  6. Session 6 - The Dip: Rebounding & Rebuilding When You Get Knocked Down - Nearly every start up faces a crisis of belief when they experience their first major setback. At some point, your start up may require a major rebuild. Discover the secrets and strength to succeeding when you encounter the Dip.
  7. Session 7 - Don't Stop Starting: Starting Over & Starting Again - Whether your start up flies or fizzles, don't stop starting. We will look at how to know when it is time to walk away from a start up and when it is time to start again.
