Randy is a husband, father, grandfather and the co-founder of Family Reformation Project with Lesly Bixby.

About Dr. Randall Bixby
Randy is a best selling author, speaker, trainer and minister who holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Cultural Transformation. He is an ICF certified executive and life coach. His experience includes 30+ years in ministry as a Pastor, National Denomination Executive, Missionary, Entrepreneur, Co-founder of three non-profit organizations and a Legislative Chaplain.
He is co-host of the podcast, Transforming Families with Randy and Lesli, a top 5% global podcast. Dr Randy is co-founder of Cultural Architects, The Family Institute For Cultural Transformation, The Family Reformation Project, and KHOPAZ: Kingdom House of Prayer Arizona.
He resides in Phoenix with his bride, and together, they share five children and 13 grandchildren!
