At this Breakfast event, we encourage you to bring along a brother who has shaped your life or someone you believe God may be calling you to walk alongside. Come share a meal, build meaningful connections, and celebrate the men who help us become who we’re meant to be.
About Ken Burgess
Ken Burgess is the Chief Executive Officer of Rural Health Services in Aiken, South Carolina, where he leads an organization dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to underserved communities. Ken has more than 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare, financial services, software, and defense contracting, including more than a decade in senior executive leadership.
Before joining Rural Health Services, Ken served for 11 years as Chief Operating Officer of HopeHealth, one of South Carolina’s largest federally qualified health centers. He has a
particular passion for leadership, organizational culture, developing people, and helping leaders navigate the “grey” areas that come with responsibility and change.
Ken is also an educator and community leader, serving on advisory boards and teaching corporate culture through Francis Marion University’s Executive Management program. He is a former longtime Toastmasters member and has held leadership roles in several community organizations.
Ken and his wife Tammy have been married for 33 years and have two children and six
grandchildren.
