About Steven Souza Jr.
Steven Souza is more than just a former Major League Baseball player. After indulging in a life of "drinking, staying out late, and chasing women" Souza had a life changing experience that ultimately led him to become a Christian. After 8 years in the Majors, Souza retired with the Seattle Mariners and lives with his wife and son in Everett, WA. Souza now works for the Tampa Bay Rays in Personnel and Player Development.

We want each man to leave feeling encouraged, inspired, and a part of a community of men who are pursuing growth as men!
Every month, IMPACT Players provides a world class breakfast paired with top level speakers and guests in a friendly environment where men can grow and connect with other men.
