About Butch Howard
Butch Howard is a seasoned leader, consultant, and executive coach with more than 40 years of experience in engineering, operations, leadership, and organizational development. He spent 38 years with Georgia Power Company, ultimately serving as Corporate Power Delivery Training Manager. Today, through ChoicePoint Consulting, Howard helps leaders and organizations grow through transformational coaching, leadership development, team building, communication, and talent management.
He is a Certified Professional Analyst with TTI Success Insights and holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia.
Beyond his professional work, Butch and his wife, Linda, enjoy beach walks and bike rides around Charleston. They are active leaders and elders at Seacoast Church and are blessed with four children between them and 16 wonderful grandchildren.
