IMPACT Breakfast is a simple morning for men. We’ll eat together, talk honestly, encourage one another, and be around other men who are trying to live with purpose and lead well at home, at work, and in their faith.
You’ll hear from a man who’s walked with other men for years through leadership, family life, and hard seasons. He believes God does some of His best work in the middle of challenge and that brotherhood matters more than most of us realize.

About Eric Crowley
Eric Crowley is an HR executive in the Florence community who strives to lead with humility and purpose. He is actively involved in local and global mission work and regularly supports initiatives that strengthen families, schools, and the broader community. Â
For over 15 years, Eric has served in men’s and youth ministry, including a season as a men’s ministry director. He carries a deep heart for men and young men and believes retreats create sacred moments where God uses brotherhood, creation, and purposeful challenge to shape and strengthen men.
Eric is a grateful husband to his wife, Chanel, of 23 years, and a proud father of four amazing children. God has used many hard seasons—fire and storms alike—to cultivate a growing hunger for Him and a desire to serve. Some days Eric gets out of God’s way and grows; other days he fails. Yet God remains faithful. Hard is not bad—it’s just hard—and God uses every moment to cultivate the soil as part of the journey.
